An RV is NOT an investment. It is a toy like a boat, bike, atv etc. and/or even your car.
They ALL 'depreciate' the minute your drive it off the lot.
A house IS an investment. It appreciates.
(except every 10 years when the real estate market crashes to correct itself, but then goes right back up. :W:B)
Crush the numbers any way you want but buying an RV is really just throwing away money to be able to have some good clean fun.
