With a 1/2 ton pulling a toy hauler the size of yours PLUS an ATV in the truck bed I don't have to crunch any numbers to conclude that yeah, you're WAY over the truck's payload capacity. Wow! :E
FWIW, I currently tow a 19' couple's model that typically averages ~ 4800 lbs loaded & ready to camp, with an average gross tongue weight of ~ 625 lbs, ~ 430 lbs of live "cargo" in the truck, ~ 200 lbs in the truck bed, and with my 1/2 ton 2012 Silverado I'm pretty well tapped out of payload capacity.
Are you over? ... no doubt about it, WAY over. :(
