Did you see or smell anything when you inspected the RV? I would ask what will be sprayed and treated and with what chemicals.
I'm also amazed that at the price of these things that the unit was not cleaned and detailed prior to being put up for sale. I know that when we brought our new to us 5th wheel home we found all sorts of stuff inside from the previous owners.
