2) Electric griddle - my wife loves it
3) Rice cooker - what can I saw - 14 years in Westpac - trained DW#2 to like rice
4) Crock pot - another training for her that went very well
But my main rule is if there is something we have in the trailer, just in case, and we don't use it for several months - it goes out.
The only contingencies I keep if they are not used regularly are extensions for the electric, water and sewer connections, and some key small spare parts.
