The coffee pot and Keurig are the only appliances that get to stay on the countertop. I like a clean surface, and we're fortunate to have storage for occasionals.
A flat griddle, a covered electric fry pan, Magic Bullet, toaster and crock pot have a permanent home in the camper.
The toaster oven, food processer, egg cooker, ice cream maker, deep fryer, blender and portable ice maker didn't make the cut. They get a special invite based on the weekend's menu.
