For short stays all we needed were the toaster and electric skillet. The skillet can function as a crock pot with some adaption of the recipes. Now we stay longer and take more things that travel on a bunk of their own but if we were just staying for a few days that would be all we would need. Neither of us drink coffee and water for tea heats up in the microwave.
