The wife would say the coffee pot is the most valuable item. I don't drink coffee, but if I want to live to see another day, I'll have to just agree with her!
After the coffee pot (I do most of the cookin') these are the two most useful and most used items I (we) use. We (I) cook outside almost 100% of the time, so these can be put anywhere.
The electric skillet has a lid. By putting the lid over the flat griddle, it's absolutely priceless! We have one of these flat griddles in the house also. Absolutely love it. Can fix anything on it, from pan-cakes to eggs to T-bone steaks!
