What I use most: Though I prefer to cook with Gas. .I have to PAY FOR GAS, electric is included in the rent.
One cup coffee maker, Large "Toaster oven" this unit can cook a small chicken on a rotisserie (included) and alas is no longer made.
Single slice toaster
Electric hot plate (I have 2, one fully adjustable single and one high/med only double (one high one medium).
Slow Cooker/Crockpot I have 2, one is 12 volt.
Mixer, Food chopper (Processer) and Steamer... I realy like that steamer.. You put water in the bottom, put veggies or potatoes or whatever in the hopper and .. It never burns the food. NEVER. .but it sure cooks nice.
Microwave, cause most of the recipies I have are 4-8 servings and thus I cook ahead and re-heat.
