Little bit of butter or margarine on the griddle, put the meat down, cover with a lid. First time you flip over the meat, get a teaspoon of margarine or butter and put it on top of each piece and let it melt. It adds salt, flavor, and works as a basting. Add mashed potatoes swimming in butter, some ice cream out of the freezer, and yup ... the more I add, I do think it is... www.heartattack.com! But ohhhh so good! What a way to go!
