If I had to take it down every night, or every time I left the CG. I wouldn't put it out at all. Contrary to popular belief. The awning will take some pretty good wind with no problems.
Ahh, for the good ole days! That was me a few years ago. Now that I have a power awning, I just keep it rolled up.
