The trailer I was looking at was used, but looked new and it was extremely clean and had everything we were looking for and more. They didn't even offer to find us another one or attempt to sell us a new one with a discounted cost for our trouble. They just didn't care! After walking back to my vehicle I remembered that they had my paper work and credit app that I filled out. I went back into the store to retrieve my paper work and I over heard the sales manager joking about the incident. How about that for Bad Business practice.
