Wow..... the purchase of this unit looks like an adventure. And I do not mean that in a bad way!
In order to Buy this RV (one you said you like, it's clean or appears to have been taken care of) with a feeling of "getting good Deal", , one must be willing to do a lot:
1) Cross the Mississippi.....
2) Drive unit yourself.
3) Make arrangements to drive unit to Experts for evaluation and spend money for look see.....
Lots of energy, lots of time. And the Paralysis of Analysis will take effect if your anything like me.
As someone said.... Tires, six at 100 = 6 to 7 hundred more.
OR just DO IT! That first RV will cost ya....
All RV's have something wrong with them at that age I guess.
Good luck... remember it's an adventure, just do good diligence I guess.
