I want an RV and completely clueless. The price looks good and so did the size. It is located in Kentucky, so important things might rust that I wont know until the wheels fall off on the expressway...

The pictures do look pretty good. They were kind of dark and I could not see the shining cabinets you mention. Keep in mind that they never look as good in person as the pictures online.
The pictures do show an air conditioner on top.
The statement of 'motivated seller' makes me think some dealer is actually listing it.
The craiglist listing shows it to be in Cincinnati.
And it says OBO so they expect to be negotiated down on price.
Probably the most important thing to look for on a used MH is water leaks/damage.
Do expect to spend money on it to get it up to par. Tires, brakes, hoses at the minimum.
