For your beer. There is a reason they invented the RED solo cup. In moderation, over doing will get you an early check out, and a ride to the local Police station.
As for BBQ. In NC, BBQ is a food. It is a pig, or side of beef, cooked for hours in a pit, or on a big smoker grill.
We Grill steaks, hamburgers, Chicken, Shrimp, Squash, and hotdogs, Etc. Some grill Brats. But that is mostly Northern imports, (We call them Yankees) That do that.
