Up here where I'm from the provincial parks have an alcohol ban in place for the May long weekend and that's it. Other times you can drink but you can't walk around with it.
I assume some privately owned campgrounds may have a no alcohol rule but I've never stayed at one and I assume I never will.
Drinking a beer while sitting in front of a campfire is the definition of camping to me.
