I have 2 of each of the following:
2"x10"x4'
2"x10"x3'
2"x10"x1.5'
3 bags of the 10 pack of the lego blocks.
The reason I have all the wood is the front of my driveway has about a 6 inch slope between the street and the garage so I need that much wood to not over extended my power jack. When I hook up, I just put the boards in the bed of the truck. I used to leave them at home until 1 trip I arrived at a campsite that I needed nearly that much to get level and to reach my stabilizers.
So now they travel with me. They have come in handy on the tires for leveling a couple times where I was 3"-4" off side to side. The 4'er's will allow both tires on the low side to be parked on them and I've even used the 1.5'+ one of the 3' as the base and then had the two 4' and 3' on top of that before.
Those are rare situations and usually an 1" or 2" is all I have to level side to side. The blocks are super handy for making sure My stabs don't get extended to far at which point they really don't stabilize much any more and the camper shakes. I like to have them extend 12"-18" max when possible for best stabilization.
