Beerbrewer, don't go all great gonzos buying every possible widget and accessory for your first trip, unless you reeeealy like to spend money.
IMO, bring a handful of wood blocks. Heck, even a dozen 2x4s cut to 12-18" long will work. Make sure you have A sewer hose and something to jack up the trailer if you get a flat. (Driving up on the 2x4s will likely be all you need, but your shiny new truck will have a jack in it as well.)
Go camping. Have fun. Make a list of things you'd like or need for the next time rather than having 3 types of everything and not even knowing which stuff to use.
JMO.
Get the trailer "close" to level. Your camping OCD can grow with your experience. 1/2 - 1" out side to side or a couple inches end to end out of level is not the end of the world. Go easy on your equipment, take your time setting up, and before you know it you'll be handing out advice to the newbs on here.
My opinion of "gadgets" that are produced for specific things like trailer leveling are, some serve their purpose well and some are more hype or not preferable to everyone. Find out what works for you through a bit of trial and error, unless you're looking for stock for next year's garage sale!
