Good Morning.. Welcome to the RV world. We carry 3 full sets of keys that we had made by a locksmith. I carry a set, we keep a set on a lanyard for use when hiking etc. when I have no pockets and a set in a magnetic box attached to the chassis back by the spare tire. Winnebago won't sell direct to customers but I've good luck with Mobility RV out of Iowa when it comes to buying parts. If you need manuals and such you can get them from Winnebago Here.
