Look for units that have the overhead cab bed, a dinnete, couch and rear bedroom, remember that most of the time you are going to be out doors unless it is inclement weather, then you are going to apreciate the space, specially the separate bedroom with a slidind door.

The kids are 15, 14, 11, 8, 5 my oldest boys are in the 6' range and growing, I am 6'4"...
My main concern is getting into and around the parks.
