Then porta potty pumpers would have a hellofa job. I've seen them sit for a month or more. Sludge does not get hard if it is submersed in water. It's just organic material, some of which floats and some sinks but there is nothing that gets hard if it's in water.
So what was in the bottom of my buddies tank that set up? Pizza crust?
BTW, Porta potties have a TON of chems in them. Could probably keep cement from setting up.
