If I have a 12vdc 100AH battery that has a BMS in it that is 100A max discharge, does this mean if I parallel two of them together I can do a max 200A discharge now? I want to make sure my BMS will...

In theory the answer is yes. in practice I'd not wish to push it much beyond 180.
I'd fuse both batteries at 90-100 amps each.. Just to be safe.
(if one fuse blows the other will follow very fast)
What are you feeding? A 2,000 watt inverter?
