If your passengers are drinking in view of the officer, expect at the very least a hassle.
If no one is drinking and it's in the fridge, odds are slim that the officer will take issue or even know it's there (if there isn't probable cause, he doesn't get to search the RV). Not much different than driving home from the grocery store with a case of beer in the back seat.
No idea about the technical rules.
