If no one is drinking and it's in the fridge, odds are slim that the officer will take issue or even know it's there (if there isn't probable cause, he doesn't get to search the RV). Not much different than driving home from the grocery store with a case of beer in the back seat.

Agree, agree, agree. The amount of trouble alcohol in the fridge will cause is directly correlated to the amount of trouble someone in the RV is in. Get pulled over because your tail light is burned out, not a problem. Cop an attitude over a traffic stop, likely a problem. If you just crossed over the median and ran into a school bus load of elementary school children causing multiple injuries, big problem.
