You must have LEOs that are better trained than most areas. And it's not the less well trained officers fault necessarily. Laws change constantly, and Judges interpretation of them change as well. It's a tough job these days, they really are the line between us and anarchy.
If you are worried about an open bottle put it in the storage compartments underneath the coach and roll on.
