Building a house, need long term RV site

IMO, either you can setup camp on your own property (rural) or can't (city).
Presuming you can't but you didn't say that.
Otherwise, no one can give you a reccomendation where to stay unless they live there or are very familiar with the area. Call or google all the rv parks around and see which is the best for you.
Spacially speaking, are you looking for reassurance your TC will be big enough to live in? We can't answer that either. If your a hermit, I bet it gets pretty small pretty quickly. If your active and get out all the time then it should be totally feasible.
But you have the setup no, so wrong time to ask if it's the right choice.
