Walk around any RV park and you will very likely see TT's with varying degrees of delamination. Our Crossroads Sunset Trail was typical in that it delaminated on the front as a result of a leak at the roof seal. We had it fixed and used the TT for several more years. It had some "pitting" on the interior wall (behind the delam) but no actual leaks, staining, or mildew/mold. We were realistic about its resale and took about half of the recommended NADA value. Our neighbor bought it, made more repairs and is still happy with it. Traveling full time with a family will be hard on any unit so you need to consider how long you think you will use it and if you are prepared to "use it up". If it is structurally sound, the interior is in good condition, the appliances work, and you like the floor plan, I would give it careful consideration. lizzie
