Thanks again for the helpful replies. We do plan to do this full time for at least one year, and since I am disabled I get half price camping, so the expenses are actually quite modest. Hotels are not an option since we need something that feels like a home.
There are several reasons I have chosen to do this, and while it may seem a bit insane it is going to be a healing journey. Of course I realize it won't be if we end up with mold and stuff that makes me even sicker,
The camper has a small amount of delamination. I read that Outback campers had issues unrelated to water damage during this time frame. I will do some more research and pay someone to evaluate it for me as well.
