Don't get ahead of yourself... You'll need to know of any zoning regulations in the area where you're buying the land, what uses it can be put to, and what permits are needed. You'll also need someone, likely a knowledgeable accountant, to advise you on creating a business plan so you know where your money needs to go. It would be wise early on to also discuss your plan with a commercial insurance agent so you'll have an idea of the costs involved. And most importantly, find a good lawyer to advise you on any contracts and other legal matters. What you're talking about is building a business with all the issues that come with that.
