I've had Dish for years. I even installed an in motion satellite dish in the RV. I used it when I first got it, but I stay at FHU RV parks when traveling and just use their cable and WIFI now. I'd remove the sat dish except it would leave a pretty big hole in the roof. Since I'm a single RVer, the cable supplies noise which is preferable to silence. And if there's no cable, I (gasp) read a book. At my age, I can re-read a book if I haven't read it in the last year and be surprised by the ending.
