Hotspot from your smart phone for internet and over the air digital TV for TV. The TV is free. The hotspot plans including LOTS of data are usually under 70 bucks. Can't see the need for a dish but it will depend on your needs. If you are spanish speaker you will have more variety to choose from if you are on the south side of the US but there are always English channels.
