Cable question

We carry our own. Some places have a really neat retracting cable spool built into the pedestal, which is invariably broken so you need your extension any way.
Quite often the basic cable provided is so poor that a better viewing selection is available OTA.

We are here ... On our first adventure ... And I'm watching tv! Woot!

That's probably the best answer so far.

I carry 3 plastic bins with lids in my rear storage compartment in my 'C'. One contains 2 white water hoses with a connector and one green hose. One contains 2 slinkies and a connector. And one carries an extra 25 ft. 30A electric cable and two 25 foot coax cables with connectors. At some point in my travels I've needed the extra extension from one of the three boxes at least once.
To make room, I removed the new 700 piece tool set (an exaggeration) and replaced it with a few tools and a credit card in a small tool box. I don't know how to fix anything anyway.

That is not an adapter, it is a connector.

I carry a 25' cable, a 50' cable and a connector. I can go up to 75'.

I carry two 25 foot coax cables - one with push on connectors. Usually one has been enough, though it depends on the campground and where they locate the connection. A 25 ft cable is ten dollars. The push on connectors are a few dollars more as are the connectors to join two cables together. Go prepared.

That is a cool little doohickey! I didn't know those existed!

Some will loan a cable but not all and want you to buy one. You should carry a cable as SOP.

They might supply it, they might rent it to you, they might sell cables in the store.

If I am planning to use cable TV at a RV park, I bring my own cable. 100 feett of it.
