Campgrounds
Could someone please tell me what "Full Hook-up" at a campground means. I think I know, but not sure. And when they have sewer service, does that means that there are not sewer connections at the camp...

Full hook up generally means electric, water and sewer. Most likely at least some of the sites do not have access to a sewer, and the campground may have a dump station or sewer service.
