camping at National Parks
We have just purchased a 32'travel trailer and are planning a trip out west to visit many of our National Parks. Is it better to stay in the National Parks or camp outside the parks? D & D

I like http://www.uscampgrounds.info for finding public CGs and http://www.allstays.com/Campgrounds/campgrounds.htm for public and private and there is an APP for it. Both use maps so you do not need to know the name of cities in the area you are interested in. We usually do three months out West without reservations by not getting into a CG on Friday expecting there will be a site big enough for our rig. Show up on Monday and there will be plenty of sites except on long holiday weekends.
