we dont normally camp in freezing temps but even in north carolina winters we have been caught in freezing temps when weather forecast missed the mark. typical in north carolina. 70 degrees one day, 30 the next.
a 31 degree night can freeze water hose solid.. after that happened once if temps are predicted close to freezing i unhook water hose from campground spigot, drain hose, take water filter inside camper, fill fresh tank and use it as needed. i also carry a spigot "cover" to use on the campground faucet to help prevent freezing.
we could use the campground restrooms and showers but one of the reasons we bought a TT was to travel and not use public facilities. we prefer our own.
