Can I get 35' 5th wheel into a lot of natural spots?

I plan to liquidate in 12 months (when the nest is empty) and move my home and office onto the road. A 5th wheel toy hauler seems to make the most sense, as I *have* to have a garage I can convert to ...

We have a 40' motorhome and a towed vehicle and our first choices are always public campgrounds. However, we mainly stay in the west. You'll have to check on some of the places you'd like to stay to find out their site sizes. In the east, you would not have a problem with many of the Corp of Engineer parks. They're great! Good luck in your new lifestyle. It's very doable!
