Here is a whole web site dedicated to RV checklists. Some are great, some so-so. I download the lists and then modify them with word processing tools. http://rv-roadtrips.thefuntimesguide.com/2007/09/checklists_rv_checklist.php
I have also made up some short lists of my own with 3, 4 or 5 items and have them printed and posted on cabinet-backs or in the front-overhead. It made me much more comfortable for the first year. I laminated them or put them in sheet protectors and put them in a 5x8 ring binder.
