I'll X1000 opnspaces recommendation of the Mighty-Tite. My wife (and I) are spastic about car seats being secure. When you rock the seat, we want the whole vehicle to move and there to be zero shifting. With regular seat belts, we can usually accomplish it with a lot of leaning, grunting, and pushing. On my in-laws 4Runner, we just couldn't work it out. She happened to pickup one of these Mighty-Tite contraptions and we were able to zero in the car seat so that it was fully secure.
