I have looked at the CRV and am considering that along with the Jeep Cherokee. I drove the Wrangler (2 and 4 door) and while they were actually fun to drive, I am concerned that in the long run, the "fun" might wear off. The Cherokee seems to be much more comfortable as is the CRV. I believe the CRV is towable up through 2014 so would only look at that or older.
