Not sure I am following your post either. You live on the East coast but don't own a home. Do you rent, live in an RV etc? Then you have a home with an address right? And it's on the East coast. Do you already own the rv and vehicles or are you planning on buying them? Is that the dilemma? Sorry I am not following. If you are buying and your address is on the East coast then you have no choice but to register them where your current address is. Get the 90 day extension because you are moving, but most folks don't move and then find a home. Most folks find a home in the target area and then move. Which are you doing? If you find a home and then plan on moving you have your new address and you can register there legally. If you are going full time then where you register your vehicles is up to you. Provided it's legitimate.
