Any clue where our GS membership card may be?

Renewed our Camping Wold - Good Sam membership for another year. Wife did it via the Camping World web site. That was March 6. We've stayed at 3 different Good Sam campgrounds since then. To date, still have not received our membership card. We used the account number (after calling Good Sam to verify what that number was)and a printed copy of the e-mail to confirm membership for the campgrounds since my wife lost our original card. When we returned home (last Sunday), still had not received it in the mail yet. They said on the phone it was mailed. Any clues where the card is?

FYI:
Good Sam campground: Birmingham South Campground, Pelham, AL. March 9-10: They take great pride in being a Good Sam campground, but were clueless about the existence of RV.net:

    Thank you for your question. Membership cards usually take up to 4 weeks to arrive to your Permanent address. According to your post, you renewed your membership on March 3rd. I would expect you should see your cards sometime within the next week or so. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our 24 hr. customer service line at 1-800-234-3450.
