Connecticut (a.k.a. Newyork-achusetts) is pretty expensive. The guy I bought my Sahara from lived there. He was selling everything and moving to the Careeb somewhere. He had a successful construction business and the state was bleeding him dry.
Not defending the OP, just saying. Some states just drive people out that have no ties.
