Actually, I'm looking into a small 12v DC powered multi function heater LINK. I will also be installing a CO alarm as well as a propane alarm in the van, both of which will be mounted near the van floor since both gases are heavier then air. Have a CO alarm in the apartment that I share with my roommate yet we have not a single gas appliance or wood burning stove/fireplace and for some odd reason, they mounted the silly thing at about chest height... my head is alot lower then that when I'm sleeping...
