That's why most of these modifications are not permanent. Only what I do to the walls and ceiling will be semi-permanent with the insulation and such. Everything else will be easily removed and put someplace else. As for selling it, with everything being easily removed, I can use the van as a cargo van once everything is removed. I'm also looking into either purchasing a van with a heavy duty trailer hitch or having one installed so I can maybe at a later point in time acquire a travel trailer or use it for renting a u-haul trailer.
