Want the cold hard truth?
Your budget is too low. Your expectations are too high. If Washington State is your location solar isn't going to work well. The generator you intend to use will "eat your lunch" keeping the batteries charged. The method of waste disposal chosen will get OLD really fast. Your method of heating is going to freeze your behind off. You don't have enough battery bank for more than about 1.5 days. Putting agm batteries in the living space is less than safe. The inverter/charger you have chosen will almost certainly eat the agm batteries for lunch. You have made no provisions for entertainment (a television for example). The propane supply system as planned is unsafe and too small in capacity.
Every year, several folks come here looking for advice on how to do this. They generally are a bit younger than you. Almost always, they end up asking what I have quoted below.
I do full time in the cold. I've spent about $2400.00 just on modifications to keep my class C warm.
Can what you wish to do be done? Yes, of course it can. Is it going to be easy or cheap? NOPE.
