I did it my self with EPDM top coat and primer for $200 including some wood (actually luan plywood) replacement and some rafter repair (2x2 pine). That was 10 years ago (or more) and I still do not have any leaks. I did the slide seams a couple of years ago on the slide roof and sides after I found some leakage at the corners of the slide roof, but I had not worked on the slide roof when I replaced the main roof.
Of course here in NM we do not get a lot of rain so maybe my repair would not have lasted this long in another location. We did weather the CA El Nino of 07-08 with no problems and visits to Corpus Christi, TX during a once in a life time snow storm at X-Mas :)
