Couple of questions,lights and stove hood vent

Just a couple of quick questions. Just replaced lights with LED's but the outside light, by the door. How do you get the cover off? The others I squeeze and they pop off but can't get hold of this c...

A manufacturer called "RV H2O" makes a replacement stove vent with no hood, no tabs, nothing to break. (No I cant exactly describe it. Go look on the website under "new products".)

Not cheap, but a permanent, all metal, solution that you open and close with the awning hook.
