3 burner stove glass top

So it turns out that this is common. You forget to put the glass top up on the stove before turning it on and it shatters....into 500 thousand pieces. I am having a hard time finding a replacement. Furrion only sells the glass top with the stove pan. I've seen others who were able to find just the glass but it was a long time ago. Does anyone know where I can get one?

  • I have that on my 2019 Rockwood..  I pulled the batteries out of the spark button thing, because I was always bumping it when I came close to the stove...🤣 This made it so I had to manually light the burner with my stick "clicker" thing..  This pretty much guaranteed I had to lift the glass top first..

I really only use my stove to to bleed out the air in the propane lines after it's sat for a month or so..

Good luck with it, but I don't like the glass top anyway.. I've been meaning to make a nice cutting board cover for it because I use it for extra counter space than cooking... 🙃

  • Hi

Yes I did the same thing.

Just bought a metal one from prime.

  • I don't know how common it is, this is the first I have heard of that happening, but I am sure other have done it.  myself, I would just go with out a top.  get a cutting board that would fit over the stove surfact to use if you need the space for counter space, other wise just leave it as a stove top.  the glass doesn't do anything functional except give you a flat space for putting stuff on.

I like my top to help keep crumbs and dirt, grease etc getting into the stove pan.

  • “it’s common….”
Lol!  That’s what I tell myself when I do something stupid as well.
But ^What he said. If you can run a tape measure and a screwdriver you could get a couple pieces of tempered glass cut and just make a new one for likely way less $ than buying a whole new stove top.

  • Try a local glass shop. They can make you a piece to the proper dimensions.
