cup holders for on the road

my new coach did not come with built in cup holders on the dinette. My young granddaughter sits there buckled up while we go down the highway. Has anyone found a cup holder that can be secured to the table that will keep a drink from spilling?

You could always cut holes and put in the cup holders like most RV dinettes have. Any Rv or boat shop will have them.

    Dinette cup holder.

I added those to my dinette on my old class "C". The tough part was finding a damn hole saw that was the right size.
I have a few of the collapsible ones in my rig now.

Google was also tried with no better links.

I have a clamp on cup holder here Designed to clamp on a picnic table or the shelf of a grill.. I wish I could recall where I got it.. Most likely either Wal*mart or Aldi.

It has spring loaded arms so it holds assorted size cups and is clamped to the computer table.
  • try any boating supply store, they have dozens of different styles.
  • I used one like THIS for the Grandkids,
The suction cup on it lets you put it on any flat surface where you need it.

I have one next to my recliner. DH put it on with Command Strips. I haven't tried it when we're traveling (it's in our 5er), but I DO know I've bumped it pretty hard while getting up and it has held on to the drink. Had a little sloshing but that's okay. I put a cloth coaster under the cup and that absorbs any sloshing. :)
