On thing that put us into a Towable (TT) rather than a motorhome (class C or A) is the separate bedroom options in towables are usually better- as in separate.
A few Class A's and we didn't find any Class C's, have separate 2nd bedrooms.
Towables (TT or 5er) can be had with tons o'options and slides, separate bedrooms with doors, desks, etc.
We didn't want to get into tearing down and setting up beds each night in the living or kitchen areas.
We did find a few high end Class A's with second rooms, but mostly bunks and near the first bedroom. We prefer opposite ends.
That may or may not be important to your family. One of the reasons the Internet has been such a boon to RV's- Floor Plans online! ;)
