We've had about everything except a Class A MH. Our current RV is a 30 ft. 2003 Itasca Class C with 2 slides and we tow a Chevy Sonic. All RV's have many pluses and minuses but my choice would be a "small" motor home towing a very small car, all 4 wheels on the ground. Reasons: easier to back than any trailer, onboard generator with push of a button, having the high MPG vehicle to travel around in. I'd prefer about 27 ft. or even smaller but 30 or 31 is OK. I don't want bigger and much smaller and you start giving up a lot. Liked our 25 ft. 5th wheel but had to drive the truck all the time as felt couldn't afford an expensive truck plus another vehicle. Still prefer the MH.
