I found the various web sites for Corps of Engineers and National Parks, but I'd really like to have a directory of all that I could just download and keep on my laptop rather than having to log into ...

I created a binder with all of our state parks, COE etc. that we frequent with a map of each. I make note of our favorite sites and then when I make reservations it's pretty easy to know which site I want.
This wouldn't work if you are travelling across country and are looking specifically for COE parks unless you know your route and can print out those parks that you plan on going to.
